I'm Matt Behan of MBLS.
For over ten years, I've run Turnkey Conveyancing, guiding thousands of clients through some of the biggest transactions of their lives buying and selling property. My experience has taught me that when people have specific legal work done, they enjoy being looked after in related areas, which is what led me to study Law.
Conveyancing sits at a pivotal moment in people's lives - a new home, a growing family, downsizing, upgrading, a fresh start! When matters settle, often clients ask me about personal legal services; drafting or updating a Will to protect their interests, appointing a Power of Attorney or Medical Decision Maker for a time when they are unable to make important financial or health decisions.
Rather than referring clients elsewhere, I wanted to help my clients directly. Studying Law was the natural progression of interest from conveyancing and a great way to build on a decade of hands-on property experience that can extend into the broader legal needs of our clients.
